As Chief Operating Officer of the DC Divas, Patrice S. Bowman is a proven operations executive and award-winning community leader with over 20 years of senior leadership experience in Washington, DC. She oversees complex projects and manages budgets exceeding $98 million, advancing youth development, economic mobility, and public safety.

Patrice is also President of Payton's Path Foundation, where she has led transformative youth initiatives, including the DFTL Girls Flag Football Camp, the Skills Extension Program at Deanwood Recreation Center, and citywide mentorship and entrepreneurship programs, impacting hundreds of students annually. Under her leadership, the Foundation received the 2024 Gun Violence Prevention Initiative Award for high-impact, youth-focused strategies.

As CEO of BOWTRANS, Patrice has directed essential transportation and crisis response services for thousands of students and families and has successfully guided her agency out of 17 years of court oversight.
