Kurtis Barrows, known as Coach K, is a seasoned leader with nearly two decades of experience building, coaching, and scaling high performing teams. He currently serves as a multi unit operator for the largest early childhood education provider in the United States, overseeing a portfolio of 14 centers that support nearly 300 employees and more than 1,300 children. In 2024, his district was recognized as the highest occupied in the company, reflecting a consistent commitment to operational excellence, people development, and results.

Beyond his professional career, Coach K has spent over 10 years coaching youth sports, where his teams have earned six Super Bowl championships and seven championship appearances. His coaching philosophy mirrors his leadership approach through clear expectations, disciplined preparation, accountability, and an unwavering focus on team culture.

At the center of everything he does is his family. Coach K has been a dedicated husband for 16 years and is a proud father of two. He believes the strongest leaders are first grounded at home and that the lessons learned on the field, in the workplace, and with family are inseparable.
