Jennifer's diverse background spans over two decades in high-stakes finance, alongside impactful work in tech sales, classical music performance, and dynamic live facilitation. Her signature program, Know Your Voice: Establishing Your Executive Presence, has impacted thousands of leaders at renowned companies including Adobe, Google, Yahoo, Reddit, Church & Dwight, UBS, Nuveen, and KeyBank, as well as organizations like 100 Women in Financ

Prior to Speeko, Jennifer served as Vice President and Head of Sales & Client Experience at The Forem, where she was instrumental in driving enterprise growth, mentoring professionals across industries, and leading transformative live-cohort workshops in networking, stakeholder alignment, personal branding, and self-advocacy. Her distinguished career also includes serving as SVP and Head of Relationship Management at Greenwich Associates (now Crisil Coalition Greenwich), holding a senior sales trading role at UBS Investment Bank, and beginning her career in back office at AIG Financial Products Corp. Jennifer's contributions were recognized with the Traders Magazine "Wall Street Women: Crystal Ladder Award," and she was elected to the National Organization of Investment Professionals (NOIP).

A classically trained coloratura soprano, Jennifer holds degrees from Oberlin Conservatory (B.M.) and the Yale School of Music (M.M). She continues to actively perform, teaches voice and piano, and serves as a confidence coach for youth, seamlessly blending her artistic discipline with her professional insights.
