Coach Ghost – Head Coach, D.C. Divas
Coach Ghost has been a cornerstone of the D.C. Divas organization since 2005, bringing nearly two decades of dedication, leadership, and excellence to the field. A versatile and dominant player, she starred in every position across the offensive line while also contributing on defensive end and special teams. As a key member of the Divas’ first national championship team in 2006, she helped set the foundation for a tradition of excellence that continues today.
Serving as team captain from 2008 until her retirement in 2014, Coach Ghost earned four All-American honors and was later enshrined in the Hall of Fame, recognizing her outstanding impact both on and off the field.
Following her playing career, she transitioned seamlessly into coaching, sharing her deep knowledge of the game and passion for developing athletes. Her coaching résumé includes four seasons with FPYC, helping guide young players at the grassroots level; serving as offensive line coach and program developer for SEED Charter High School in Washington, D.C.; and two seasons with the Baltimore Nighthawks as offensive line coach.
Returning to the Divas sideline as OL Coach from 2017 to 2021, she was named Head Coach in 2021, leading the next generation of Divas with the same drive and discipline that defined her playing career.
Off the field, Coach Ghost is a Property Manager for the esteemed Beatty Companies and proud wife and mother of two—Jayden and Nicolai—and remains deeply committed to empowering women in football and building strong, confident athletes on and off the field.
